Q:  How is shipping costs calculated?

Shipping is calculated automatically from the USPS services and weight thresholds, so costs will be accurate to weight and your location. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please give us an email or phone call so we may assist you!


Q:  How long will it take to receive my order?
We take up to two business days to process your order. If there are any issues with your order we will contact you directly regarding issues and shipping will be delayed until we've resolved the problem.

Domestic orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. The most common shipping options we offer (USPS priority mail, and USPS first class package mail) does not deliver on weekends. So please keep in mind that will add to shipping times depend on when the order departs from us. 


Q: What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal for payment. We do not accept money orders, crypto currencies or personal checks.

Q:  Do you ship Internationally?
No, not now but hopefully in the future. 


Q: Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit? What's the return policy? 
If you need a different size or prefer a different color it's no problem! We offer exchanges within 30-days of order ship date. Exchanged items must be in like new condition: Unwashed, Unworn, and Unused.

Items are not returnable under normal circumstances. If you receive an item with clear defects such as skipped hemming, holes at seams, cracked or broken glassware, or misprints. Please contact us and we will send a replacement or alternatively refund your order.

Q: I entered the wrong address, can it be updated?

A: Please send us your correct address ASAP - We will likely be able to get this corrected for you as long as the package has not left our doors. Please include the correct address in your original email to ensure we corrected quickly. 

Q: How exactly does local pickup work? 

A: When you place your order and select local pickup our team will be notified and we will typically be able to fulfill your order between 3 - 5 hours. Once ready, another email notification will go out letting you know that your order is ready.

Once you arrive at the store, we ask that you show our employee stationed at the front door your order notification, and give us the name on the order.

They will retrieve your items and you'll be all set!

Note: Orders made after hours will be ready within the first two hours of the following day. Similarly, orders placed after 5:00pm may be delayed to the next morning depending on our in store foot traffic.

If you any questions at all beyond what is stated here, we encourage you to give the store a call! This is new for us so we want this run as smooth as possible.

If you choose local pick up by accident, or want to switch to a shipped order please cancel your order and reorder. We cannot change local pick-up orders into shipped orders once the order has been placed.

Q:  What is your website's Privacy Policy?
A:   The basics are that we retain customers information that is pertinent to shipping orders, auditing sales, or authenticating orders. Your credit card information is not stored in our system. Financial information is not seen by Hello From Portland itself, but rather by the designated banks that route data, transfer funds, and confirm payments. Payments are encrypted.
