Return/Exchange Policy

Need a different size? Prefer a different color? No problem! We offer exchanges within 30-days of order ship date. Exchanged items must be in like new condition: Unwashed, Unworn, and Unused.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at 971.279.2787 or email to describe issue and check that your desired item/size/color is in stock.

Pack up your items to exchange and ship them to:

Once we receive your items and verify their condition, we'll contact you to collect shipping costs for shipment of exchange items back out to you. New items will ship in 1-3 business days. 


Items are not returnable under normal circumstances.

If you receive an item with clear defects such as skipped hemming, holes at seams, cracked or broken glassware, or misprints. Please contact us with images of the item and your order number, as well as a description of the issues. We will send a replacement or alternatively refund your order once we examine the case and are able to determine what would be the best solution for your order.

Return to Sender:

We will make every effort to get in contact with you in the case items come back to us to hopefully get your item sent back out. If you package is missing please double check your email to see if we've sent you a message. If we don't hear back from you please be advised your order contents will be refunded however, we do not refund shipping fees.
