The Chili de Arbol is one of our favorite dried chilies, it's flavor is deep and earthy. We toast this dried chilie with garlic in peanut oil and it's flavor and heat blossom and become nutty and delicious. It is the best thing you could put on a slice of pizza. It's also great on grilled meats, roasted vegetables, tossed into noodles, and in soups and stews. Heat Level: Hot
